Looking for a spring tine cultivator that keeps working when it hits stones, roots or hardpan? The Raydafon 3ZT series is a tractor-mounted secondary tillage implement built for row-crop intertillage and deep loosening. Its dual-spring tensioning device lets every tine kick up over an obstruction and snap straight back to working depth — protecting the tine and keeping your pass uninterrupted, pass after pass.
Developed by Raydafon Power specifically against the demands of the international farm equipment market, the 3ZT spring tine cultivator uses a dual-spring straining device on each tine assembly. When a tine meets an obstruction, the shank lifts automatically and returns to its original working position once the obstacle is cleared — the shank is protected, and the operator never has to stop, reverse or dismount.
Row pitch adjustment is quick and tool-light, and working depth is equally easy to set, so one machine can be re-configured between corn, cotton, beans and peas without a workshop visit.
The dual-spring straining device lifts the shank over stones and roots, then restores working depth automatically. Fewer broken tines, fewer unplanned stops, longer service life in stony ground.
Both row spacing and working depth are adjusted with simple mechanical settings, so one cultivator covers multiple crops and growth stages across your season.
Four frame sizes from 1.0 m to 2.2 m working width fit the compact and mid-range tractors most commonly used for row-crop intertillage worldwide.
Consistent depth across all four models delivers even weed control and soil loosening without burying the crop row or cutting too shallow.
Custom colour, decals, packaging and dimensional adaptation are available for distributors, importers and private-label brands.
