Spiked Rasp Bar
If you're looking to replace your Rasp Bar with a Hardened Rasp Bar With Spike For your combine, you've come to the right place. This kit includes all the hardware necessary for your machine and comes with the quality of original equipment. It features nodular iron for long-lasting performance and precision hardness. When the serrations of your Rasp Bar wear to 3/16", it's time to replace it. This is especially important when threshing crops with a hard-to-thresh crop.
Straight Separator Bar
Unlike the rear separator bar that is attached to some older combine models, the Straight Separator Bar on a combine bolts on straight and is not available for later models. The Straight Separator Bar can hold up to eight bars in the separation area and is recommended only for high yielding corn or other highly branched crops. These bars consume power and should only be used if rotor grain loss is too high.
Non-Spiked Separator Bar
The Non-Spiked Rasp Bar is a secondary separating element for threshing crops. Its aggressive design combs the crop mat as it passes through the rotor, preventing roping. Usually bolted to the rear of the rotor, this component provides effective separation. The Bar is constructed of abrasion-resistant Chrome-Molybdenum cast iron.
