Machining method of sprocket

With the progress of technology, special milling cutter and special fixture are used to make the sprocket can be processed on the ordinary milling machine. The chain wheel processed by ordinary milling machine has better quality and supports the processing of chain wheels with different pitch circles. The processing efficiency is better and the economy is also very good. It can effectively solve the problem of single and small batch sprocket machining.
Finished hole sprocket can be equipped with finished hole diameter, keyway and screw hole. Customers can use it immediately without reprocessing. They can customize shaft holes, keyways and screw holes, surface treatment, etc. according to customer needs.
