Ventilation System Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fan Blower

The basic models of medium-pressure fans are 5-51 series, 6-51 series, 5-47/5-48 series, and 6-41 series. The air volume and air pressure of these models are lower than those of the low-pressure series. Good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise, and stable operation G, Y6-51 boiler induced draft fans are mainly used in the induced draft system of 2~670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and also meet the requirements of high pressure head performance parameters of fluidized bed furnaces. Modified series fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation and general ventilation systems.

The blower delivers air, while the induced draft fan delivers smoke or gas containing impurities. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m³, it can be used for more than 4 years. If the dust content is too high, the blades should be treated for wear resistance to extend the service life. The G series blower is generally at room temperature; the maximum temperature of the Y series induced draft fan shall not exceed 250℃. If it exceeds 250℃, the impeller material must be replaced.
