4-79 2×79 type centrifugal fan

4-79, 4-2×79 type centrifugal fan use: The 4-79 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large
buildings. It can be used for both input and output gas. The type of gas to be transported is air and other gases that are not
spontaneously combustible, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials. No viscous substances are allowed in the gas, the dust and hard particles contained in it are not more than 150mg/m³, and the gas temperature must not exceed 80°C.

Structural features
The fan can be made into two forms clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission, and a direct-connected motor.
1) The impeller is composed of 16 backward-inclined arc-shaped thin-plate blades, a curved front disc, and a flat rear disc, all of which are made of steel plates and have undergone dynamic balance correction. The air performance is good, the efficiency is high, the noise is low, and the operation is balanced.
2) The casing is made in two different forms. The casing of No.3-12 is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled; the casing of No.14-20 is made of two openings, which are divided into two halves along the horizontal plane in the middle, and are fixed by bolts. Connect.
3) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The section parallel to the axial direction is in a
curved shape so that the gas can enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.
4) The transmission part is composed of a main shaft, a bearing box, a rolling bearing, and a pulley.
